BRIK Venue (“BRIK,” “we,” “us”) operates this website and the event venue at 501 South Calhoun Street, Fort Worth, TX 76104. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to visitors in the United States, including California residents. Questions can be sent to hello@brikvenue.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our Inquire or Book a Tour forms, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), event type, preferred dates and any other details you choose to include.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, we and our analytics providers collect device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, links clicked, referring page and time on site, using cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule tours and plan events.
- To understand how visitors use our site and improve its content and experience.
- To measure and improve our advertising and marketing.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
Cookies, analytics and advertising technologies
We use the following third-party tools:
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to measure traffic and behavior on the site. Learn more at Google’s partner-sites page. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to understand visits and actions on our site and to measure and improve advertising. Meta may use this data under its own privacy policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
Our site also links to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and Google Maps. We do not place Pinterest or TikTok tracking on this site, but those services have their own privacy practices once you leave our site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as a result.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business (such as hosting, email delivery and analytics), with advertising and analytics partners as described above, and when required by law or to protect our rights. Form submissions are emailed to our team and stored on our web server.
Data retention and security
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond to you, plan your event and meet our business and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online system is completely secure.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; request deletion of your personal information; request correction of inaccurate information; opt out of the “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Our use of the Meta Pixel may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. To opt out, email us at hello@brikvenue.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” or turn on a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser. To make any other request, email us at the same address; we may need to verify your identity, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We will respond within 45 days.
Texas and other state residents may also contact us at the address above to ask about access to or deletion of their information.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Do Not Track
Browsers’ “Do Not Track” signals are not uniformly recognized, so our site does not respond to them. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as described above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
